*Student is defined as full-time student currently registered with a university or academic institute. Student must submit a copy of his/her student identity card, or an official letter signed by the institute’s principal during registration.  Proof of candidature must be valid till August 10th, 2019.

How to Register
1. Registration can be done by July 1st, 2019 by filling the registration form with payment proof of registration fee by email to pitfmb.seacomp2019@gmail.com.
2. Registration fees must be paid in IDR. An average currency conversion rate of 1 USD = IDR 15.000 is used.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail at pitfmb.seacomp2019@gmail.com about the cancellation of the registration. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

Name change

If you are prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Name changes should be notified in writing to Congress Secretariat at pitfmb.seacomp2019@gmail.com . A handling fee of USD 20 (IDR 300.000) will be charged for each name change. No name change will be possible after 8 July 2019.

 

Proceedings Publication Fee:

​The publication fee of conference proceedings (USD 80 or IDR 1.200.000,- per paper) is NOT included in the congress registration fees. Authors who wish to publish a proceedings (for selected peer-reviewed manuscripts only) is required to pay the fee before publication. Payment details will be announced later.
